Saturday 25th August
Performers from Alford Acoustic Music Club.
VICKY CLAYTON.
A great favourite singer songwriter. Vicky has performed at most major festivals and we are very lucky that she likes to sing in Alford.
HENRY MARTENS GHOST play traditional and modern Irish music with passion and attitude. Irish songs and original compositions feature on the Band's three albums.

 

Sunday 26th August

Performers from Alford Acoustic Music Club.
UNSHAVEN
. A local four piece folk band playing mainly Appalachian tunes and songs.
FLOSSIE MALALAVIALLE. Probably the only French singer songwriter with a Georgie accent! From traditional English folk songs to French ballads, she has a wide repertoire.

 

Monday 27th August

Performers from Alford Acoustic Music Club.
AHAB. "Tender, pleadingly delivered acoustic folk, with the depth and solemn exterior of Tracy Chapman at her most desolate, added to Pearl Jam's knack for music that's effecting - a gorgeous EP, soft around the edges, but deep, deeper than a well...."
THE BAND FROM COUNTY HELL. This six piece band is in great demand. It has been described as one of the most exciting and original Celtic folk bands on today's circuit.


JUGGLING MARKStreet Theatre

JUGGLING MARK
will be performing through out the weekend. After last year's success, Mark has been asked back for a second year.

 

Morris Dancing

Morris dancing Teams will be dancing all over Town throughout the weekend. The highlight will be a massed display on Sunday night.

Massed Morris Dancing. Followed by lantern procession.
Free but collection.

THE RONALDOS.8:30. Half Moon Gardens. West St.
An Evening with
This band from Monmouth performed last year in the back room of the Half Moon. They were so fantastic that we had to bring them back. They will be on the big stage in the gardens as the room was too full last year and we could’t fit everybody in . Do not miss them and if in doubt, ask anybody who saw them last year! www theronaldos.co.uk

Monday 27th.

8:30pm. In the club room. Half Moon.
WILL HALL.
Young singer songwriter on his first visit to Alford (since childhood when he used to come with his dad, the great Tom Hall who was a favourite of the Festival for many years).

9:30pm. In the club room. Half Moon.
THE RAYS.
A talented young Lincoln band with a great future. Two of the band members did a spot last year and convinced us we should have the whole band this year.
