Muffins is a 17th century cottage, set in pretty gardens on the edge of Cumberworth, a quiet Lincolnshire hamlet. We are well situated for the sea, 5 miles distant and for the Lincolnshire Wolds, 3 miles distant. There are many interesting villages and towns, within easy reach.

We offer a comfortable double bedroom with TV and tea/coffee making facilities, overlooking the garden with farmland beyond. There is an adjacent private shower room. Also ample safe off road parking.
