Following the success of the Alford Craft Market Shop and Craft Centre, and after many years of planning, research and fundraising, Alford Craft Market is proud to announce the opening of an Art Gallery at 14a Market Place, Alford, LN13 9EB
This spacious new venue is a welcome display space for Lincolnshire artists, sculptors, textile artists and ceramicists with the refurbishment and equipment part-funded by Lincolnshire County Council, East Lindsey District Council and Alford Craft Market itself.
This modern and well-lit Gallery will be open Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10am until 4pm each day and manned by our friendly and community minded volunteers.
After a private official opening ceremony, the Gallery will be open to the public from Monday the 16th August, 2021 when all will be made most welcome.
On closed days and some evenings, the Gallery will be used for art classes for all and will be a great addition to the full programme of art and craft workshops already well established at the Centre.
