Fancy learning to dance like a celeb on Strictly? Created by Strictly professionals Ian Waite & Natalie Lowe, their Fab-U-Lous Fitsteps Program will have you dancing to all rhythms. Best of all, no partners are required!
If the latest beats and international music influences are more up your street, then you’ll enjoy #DancewithVenia classes.
ZUMBA needs no introduction! It’s the Latin dance sensation. An exhilarating dance fitness workout. This is no ordinary exercise class.
Venia also offers an incredible core-workout program called ESP, that dedicates a section to the pelvic floor and ends with a mindful and relaxing breathing section.

A great way to get fit, have fun and be surrounded by encouraging like-minded individuals.
